Cascada Inventions currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. - Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. - Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.
- Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. - Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. - Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at admin@cascadainventions.com with your order number and details. We’ll assist promptly in resolving the issue.
Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products.
- Clearance or “Final Sale” items.
- Items not in their original packaging.
- How to Initiate a Return
- Email president@cascadainventions.com or sidrahashmi507@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll share return instructions and the return address.
- Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.
