Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Area
    Cascada Inventions currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  2. Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  3. Delivery Time
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
    • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.
  4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
  5. Shipping Delays
    We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  6. Damaged or Lost Packages
    If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at admin@cascadainventions.com with your order number and details. We’ll assist promptly in resolving the issue.

Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • Used or damaged products.
    • Clearance or “Final Sale” items.
    • Items not in their original packaging.

    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  5. Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.
